Printacom's Managed Services function is twofold.

Firstly Printacom's Managed Services is involved with placing of office automation equipment in corporate environments, typically with a need of managed facilities. This involves a process of analysing customer needs, automated print audits, software managed control of printing and users and maintenance. Various finance options can be offered to end-user customers based on their specific needs, including fleet managed finance, escalating and de-escalating agreements, and also high risk customer finance. 

Secondly Printacom's Managed Services is involved with a partner network, with various options to typical office automation resellers.  The offerings again vary to accommodate resellers, ranging from full finance and service support, limited support, and supply only agreements which also include licenced area distribution rights. Support packages get tailor made, to maximise the Oki national footprint, and also to empower businesses in dealing with an importer directly.
